The Forge is a wonderful country restaurant that has been beautifully converted from a 200 year old house, set in the foothills of Casares with stunning sea views and just a short drive from the coast and the town of Estepona.

The owners, Mike and Athene Forge, have been running restaurants on the Costa del Sol for over 30 years. In 1994 they moved inland and opened Finca el Forjador in the countryside of Casares. The main dining area seats 40 and the interior south-facing terrace seats another 30. The restaurant is 10 km up the Carreterra de Casares just off the N-340 coastal road (see map).
